Please advise your group to avoid bringing too much clothing. They should also try to pack clothes that are easy to wash and dry. The weather is likely to be warm during the day but the temperatures will drop considerably during the evening and night.

Once a summer resort for the British Raj elite, it remains the terminus of the narrow-gauge Darjeeling Himalayan Railway, or “Toy Train,” completed in 1881.
